Since 1995 we have helped an average of over 1000 businesses and families with their computer problems every year.  We can also build custom designed computers for you.  Despite the fact that the average tenure in technical support is 8 months, we have been doing it for over 15 years!

First we identify the problem

• Many people ask us how it is that we can identify the solution and get it correct the first time.  They tell us stories of other technical support people who have come out to their home and after seven hours, given them a bill for $800 and a diagnosis that they don't know what the problem is.  It is really quite simple.  In our efforts to identify the solution, we start by giving a very precise definition to the problem.  Then we attack the problem, instead of merely attacking one or more of the symptoms.

 

• Some people tell us stories of people who come to fix their computers and then leave without explaining to them what was done.  At Answers PC Support we will provide you with a written copy of all the steps that were done to fix the issue.  That way, if the issue comes up again in a year or so, you can fix it yourself and won't need to call us back for it.  If you lose your copy, don't worry, we will keep one in our files and send it to you at no cost, if the problem ever develops again.
